I obtained my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling which included but was not limited to classes in: Family and Couples Counseling, Sexuality in Counseling, Assessment, Diagnosis, Substance Abuse Counseling, Sexual Assault and Intimate Partner Violence.
During counseling I will use a variety of theories including (CBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to best meet your needs.
I am also certified in (ART) Accelerated Resolution Therapy which utilizes eye movements to address problems including but not limited to: Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.
I am certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors and I am licensed through the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors.
